Our goal is to provide quality martial arts instruction in a Christian environment, with training based in courtesy, humility, integrity, perseverance, and self control, while improving our mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Owner and head instructor, Daniel Meeks, began his martial arts training in his early teen years and hoped to one day share his love for the martial arts with others. In 2001 Meeks Martial Arts opened to offer a place for students to train in the martial arts. Over the years the studio has grown and has been home to hundreds of students of all ages.
